What is the ABF Veteran Online Book Club?

The ABF Veteran Online Book Club is a monthly online program that uses books, guided discussion, and evidence-informed bibliotherapy to support wellbeing, connection and reflection.

This is not a traditional book club. There are no tests, no pressure to share, and no requirement to finish every book. Participation is flexible and designed to meet people where they are.

Who the Book Club is for

  • Veterans (currently serving or ex-service)
  • Partners and family members of veterans
  • Spouses and children of deceased veterans
  • First responders (where spaces allow)

You don’t need to be an avid reader to take part. Listening, observing, or engaging lightly are all valid ways to participate.
