ABF Veteran Online Book Club
Launching 2026
What is the ABF Veteran Online Book Club?
The ABF Veteran Online Book Club is a monthly online program that uses books, guided discussion, and evidence-informed bibliotherapy to support wellbeing, connection and reflection.
This is not a traditional book club. There are no tests, no pressure to share, and no requirement to finish every book. Participation is flexible and designed to meet people where they are.
